Shipping Policy

At Smilewear, we are dedicated to bringing joy and connection through our uniquely crafted products. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time:

We aim to have your Smilewear® ready to ship within three (3) business days, except during U.S. federal holidays. Please allow up to 24 hours after placing your order for the status to update in the Smilewear iPhone App.

Shipping Costs:

Domestic:

Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders! Your Smilewear® will arrive 2-3 days after shipping.
Express Shipping: For quicker delivery, express shipping is available for $20.

International:

Shipping rates for international orders vary based on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times and any applicable customs or import fees will also depend on the shipping location.
