Smilewear™ provides personalized solutions for nearly everyone. Using the latest mobile technology, AI, and 3D reconstruction alongside 3D printing technology, we capture the unique contours of your teeth, ensuring a comfortable and customized fit.

Smilewear™ is for aesthetic purposes only. For the best natural look, your Smilewear™ is very thin and printed with the latest 3D printing technology. We recommend you do not eat food with Smilewear™.   

Water is okay to drink with Smilewear™, but beverages other than water may lead to staining and buildup, just like they do to your natural teeth. Storing your Smilewear™ in its case during meals will help protect its condition and maintain your bright smile. 

Remove your Smilewear™ and gently clean any adhesive residue with water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before storing it in the protective Smilewear™ case. You can use an anti-bacterial tablet to deep clean it as well. 

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to sunlight can lead to warping or discoloration of your Smilewear™. 

Avoid High Temperatures: Do not place your Smilewear™ in hot or boiling water, as excessive heat may alter its shape and fit. 

Our scanning technology is fully compatible with iPhone 14 Pro/Max, iPhone 15 Pro/Max, and all iPhone 16 models.

To achieve the best scan for your Smilewear™, follow these guidelines: 

• Ensure Good Lighting: Good lighting is important for clarity. The scans will automatically use flash, but make sure you are in a bright area. 
• Maintain the Right Distance: Keep the camera about 2 inches (5 cm) from your face and teeth. Getting close is essential! The Smilewear™ App will also alert you when the distance is too far. 
• Cover All Angles: Ensure that you capture all necessary angles indicated on the screen for a successful scan (i.e., straight angle, top angle and bottom angle).

The lifespan of Smilewear is typically 1 to 2 years; however, this may vary depending on care and maintenance provided. While it is designed for regular use, following proper care instructions and taking proactive measures can help maximize its durability.

Smilewear™ is designed to be worn only over natural teeth and should not be used over braces, as this can cause damage or discomfort.

Download the Smilewear™ App from the Apple App Store if you do not already have it on your iPhone.

Within the Smilewear™ App, click on top left corner (menu), click Order in Progress, then click on Start Your Smile Scan to scan your teeth.

Follow the instructions in the message or email. You can also click on the top left corner (menu) within the Smilewear™ App, click Order in Progress, then click Start Your Smile Scan to scan your teeth.

The adhesive that comes with your Smilewear™ is Poligrip by GSK Consumer Healthcare.  You can get it at your local drug store (e.g., CVS, Walgreen, Walmart, etc).  Please make sure that you get a clear Poligrop, not a colored one.  Your Smilewear™ is made with thin and transparent material and color may show through your Smilewear™.

Smilewear™ will be delivered to your home within 5 business days from the moment the scan of your teeth areuploaded, unless re-scan is necessary.You can also check the status of your Smilewear™ by clicking on the top left corner (menu) within the Smilewear™ App, then click Order in Progress.  If you need more information, contact us at support@smilewear.com.
