Refund and Remake Policy

At Smilewear, we are committed to your satisfaction. Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, they are not eligible for standard returns. However, we offer the following guarantees:

30-Day Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of delivery for products that meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unopened, and in their original condition (no stains, damage, or alterations)

  • Returned in their original packaging

To request a refund, contact us at support@smilewear.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the product in its original condition

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Smilewear Remake Policy


Remakes may be requested within 90 days of delivery for damaged or broken Smilewear. The remake fee is 50% of the price you originally paid.

To request a remake, contact us at support@smilewear.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damaged or broken Smilewear

Please note: Remakes will only be processed once we have reviewed the submitted photos or videos. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the remake.
